The following services are available:

• Municipal Court - Online credit card payments will be charged a $1.50 processing fee and a convenience fee of 3%.  Customers making credit card payments in the office will only be charged the 3% convenience fee.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. • Utility Billing - To continue to provide excellent customer service for our City Residents, we have implemented a New and Improved "Smart Meter Portal". Our new cusotmer portal allows for viewing your water consumption history, current usage, leak notifications. Please give Utility Services a call at 281-346-8830 if you have any questions. To make a payment at ease please go to PAY UTILITY PAYMENT

FOR FIRST TIME UTILITY USERS: IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST PAYMENT TO THE CITY OF FULSHEAR, YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER $0.00 TO CONTINUE WITH REGISTRATION. IF THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE PAID THE CITY OF FULSHEAR, YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW YOUR LAST PAYMENT AMOUNT.
